100% Recyclable Mono-Films
Unlike complex multi-layer laminates that cannot be separated, our polyethylene and polypropylene products are pure mono-polymers that can be recycled in municipal and industrial waste streams without special chemical stripping.
Closed-Loop Regranulation
During blow film extrusion and punch trimming, edge cuttings are immediately routed to on-site granulation equipment, transforming pristine trim into recycled pellets for secondary non-food heavy-duty construction and agricultural liners.
Polymer Down-Gauging
Using proprietary blends of metallocene LLDPE and virgin LDPE, we achieve equal tensile and dart impact resistance at 15% to 25% lower micron thickness. This cuts raw material consumption and shipping fuel expenses across logistics networks.
